Wendy McGregor has years of experience in helping people with a very wide range of conditions, from everyday complaints to life-changing diseases. She never ceases to be impressed by the power of this gentle, natural treatment to help people maximise their quality of life, at every stage.
Wendy began her acupuncture studies in 2002 and was awarded a first class honours degree in Traditional Acupuncture from Oxford Brookes University and Licentiate in Traditional Acupuncture from The College of Traditional Acupuncture.
She places great emphasis on providing the highest standards of professional care for her patients and is committed to ongoing professional development.
In 2011 Wendy embarked on 2 years of post-graduate study with Niki Bilton, a world-leading teacher of Five Element Acupuncture. This has greatly enhanced her acupuncture practice and she is looking forward to ongoing clinical work with Niki in 2014.
Wendy has extensive post-graduate training in Traditional Acupuncture for Fertility, Pregnancy & Obstetrics, supported by the Royal College of Midwives and leading Gynaecologists / Obstetricians. She is a member of the Acupuncture Fertility Network (www.acupuncture-fertility.org)
Other post-graduate training includes pain management, Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP) and a course in self-healing qi gong - a therapeutic form of exercise.
